Yoga at Home


We have in person yoga classes in central Vermont for those who have been vaccinated and live streaming classes for everyone.  Lotus Yoga provides instruction for students at all levels.  Beginners are welcome and experienced students are challenged.  Director, Regina Trailweaver, LICSW, RYT, has been studying and teaching for over four decades.  She infuses every class with her deep knowledge of alignment, awareness, and acceptance based on the traditional 8 limbs of yoga.  Regina and her certified teachers provide classes that are trauma informed and leave you feeling energized and relaxed.
Lotus Yoga uses Punchpass, an effortless app for purchasing passes, registering for classes, and accessing zoom for live streaming classes.  Email reminders and links for class will be sent when you register for class, whether you join weeks or minutes ahead of time!
