ABOUT US
Lotus Yoga offers a practice of wholeness, supporting a calm mind, emotional balance, and a strong body. This studio is down to earth, providing instruction for all levels of yoga students. Beginners are welcome and experienced students are challenged. Director, Regina Trailweaver, LICSW, RYT, teaches from a wealth of knowledge gained over three decades of yoga study and experience and infuses every class with her deep focus on alignment, awareness, and acceptance. Students also enjoy classes and workshops with Lotus Yoga certified teachers as well as colleagues from other trainings and traditions
CLASSES
Live-Streaming Classes
Lotus Yoga is now using Punchpass, an effortless app for purchasing passes, registering for classes, and accessing zoom for your class platform. Email reminders and links for class will be sent when you register for class, whether you join weeks or minutes ahead of time!
